We provide advice and sales of MAHE equipment for welding, cutting, cleaning and automation. New MAHE equipment is procured through Schweisstechnik Scherrer AG. Beyond sales, we handle commissioning, maintenance, repairs and calibration.
Your direct contact is the owner. His contact details appear in the legal notice, the terms and conditions and on every invoice.
The Herisau workshop
The partner workshop is at St. Gallerstrasse 49, 9100 Herisau (Appenzell Ausserrhoden), at Schweisstechnik Scherrer AG. It has test stations, measuring equipment and sufficient space for cutting tables and 400 A systems.
Please arrange equipment drop-off at the Herisau workshop in advance. The registered and billing address is in Bronschhofen. Both addresses are listed on the contact page and in the legal notice.
Why MAHE
MAHE GmbH manufactures welding and cutting equipment in Kreuztal-Kredenbach, North Rhine-Westphalia (Auwiese 12, 57223 Kreuztal; commercial register at Siegen Local Court, HRB 4311). According to the manufacturer, the business has operated for more than 30 years. Its range extends from MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding through plasma cutting, from handheld torches to CNC tables, to cleaning and marking systems.
Equipment matched to the task. Current range, duty cycle, power supply and available processes vary by model and version. Each product page contains the corresponding technical tables and manufacturer documents.
Controls depend on the version. Manual, synergic or graphical controls are available depending on the model. The individual product description identifies the available pulse processes, memory functions and connections.
The manufacturer declaration relating to EN 1090 dated 30 January 2016 lists C-MIG, Delta digital, Kappa, Beta digital, Omega and HyperTIG. For a specific machine, we clarify the model, year of manufacture and documentation required.
On the equipment pages, control panel images show the respective interface. Use the image enlargement to examine the labels and controls before making an enquiry.
Robust and repairable. We clarify whether an assembly can be repaired or replaced and which spare parts are available with the supplier in each individual case. We remain your contact for warranty claims. Repairability and spare parts supply are important reasons for selecting this range. The product pages reproduce the manufacturer's information; each technical statement can be checked against its documentation.
Measurement and documentation
Welding power sources are calibrated to EN 60974-14. Businesses manufacturing to EN 1090 or working to ISO 3834 need evidence that equipment actually delivers the displayed values. The record includes the date, measurements and signature.
Find out what is measured and how often it is needed on the calibration page. Repairs and automation projects also have dedicated pages.
Languages and contact hours
We provide advice in German, Czech and English. Telephone hours: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00. Workshop visits are by appointment so that we can allow sufficient time for your enquiry.
