Plasma cutting automation and CNC cutting
MAHE Theta automation power sources and MPT CNC plasma tables for repeat cutting tasks. We support equipment selection, commissioning and operator instruction.
CNC plasma cutting
The MPT 3001 and MPT 2501 cutting tables operate with MyPlasm CNC and a MAHE Theta-series power source. The tables are available with different working areas; the appropriate size depends on the sheet format you process.
Toolpaths are created from drawings in DXF or HPGL/PLT format. The software generates kerf compensation, lead-ins, lead-outs and the cutting sequence.
Power sources for automation
The Theta 60 aut and Theta 120 aut are designed for operation on a machine and have the appropriate interface. They provide the power source for a gantry, robot or cutting table.
Setup, commissioning and instruction
Your contact handles system setup, commissioning and operator instruction. They also look after subsequent repairs. This gives you one central contact for the power source, control system, PC and cutting table.
