VES-TECH Swiss is not entered in the commercial register. A sole proprietorship must register when revenue in its last financial year reaches at least CHF 100'000 (Art. 931 para. 1 of the Code of Obligations, OR). This threshold has not been reached. The provider is therefore the owner at the address stated above.
No business identification number (UID) is published on this website.
Value added tax
VES-TECH Swiss is not liable for VAT. Annual turnover is below CHF 100'000, so the exemption under Art. 10 para. 2 let. a of the VAT Act (MWSTG) applies. Our invoices do not show VAT.
The equipment comes from Germany. On import into Switzerland, customs collects import tax and any other applicable charges; our exemption does not change this.
Responsibility for content
Martin Veselovsky, at the address above, is responsible for selecting, preparing and arranging the content in all five language versions of this website (German, French, Italian, English and Spanish). Manufacturer specifications are reproduced without changing their technical meaning.
Catalogue and enquiries
This website is a product catalogue, not an online shop. It shows no prices and uses Price on request throughout. There is no shopping basket, ordering function or payment through the website.
The offer is aimed at commercial and professional buyers: businesses, workshops, schools and public bodies. If a consumer within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 of the Price Indication Ordinance (PBV) makes an enquiry, we provide the actual total price payable in Swiss francs, including all public charges, in writing before a contract is concluded.
The enquiry list collects equipment of interest and submits it as a non-binding enquiry. It is neither an order nor an offer to enter into a contract. Only a written quotation is binding.
Details of quotations, payment, delivery, warranty and jurisdiction are governed by the terms and conditions.
Delivery area
We supply Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are happy to answer enquiries from other countries but do not undertake to deliver there.

Trade marks and image rights
MAHE is a trade mark of MAHE GmbH, Germany. Trade mark law gives its proprietor the exclusive right to use and dispose of the mark (Art. 13 of the Trade Mark Protection Act, MSchG). As a seller, we use the mark, model designations and product images to identify the genuine goods we supply.
Product photographs and control panel images originate from the manufacturer and reproduce its product information. All other trade marks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.
Some images are VES-TECH Swiss's own illustrations rather than manufacturer images: the MPT CNC plasma cutting table view on the homepage and MPT 3001 and MPT 2501 equipment pages. It shows the equipment in a recreated setting. The depicted screen content is an illustration, not the controller interface; the equipment is operated through the MyPlasm CNC system by Proma Elektronika. Only the technical data and manufacturer specifications are binding.
Since 10 September 2026, the used equipment section has also included systems from other manufacturers. PLASMAFIX is a trade mark of Schweissindustrie Oerlikon Bührle AG or its legal successors (Air Liquide Welding, SAF); the same applies to NERTAMATIC and REFRISAF. We use these names to identify the genuine used equipment we sell. The linked brochures are the manufacturers' unmodified original documents and are passed on with the respective equipment.

Equipment descriptions, feature lists and technical tables reproduce information from MAHE GmbH; the manufacturer holds the associated rights.
