MiniCleaner: selection and enquiry

MiniCleaner is described for mobile electrolytic cleaning of stainless steel. Cleaning, polishing and marking are different tasks and should be clearly identified in your enquiry.

  • A weld photograph and details of the material and existing accessories help with selection. The appropriate electrolyte is determined using the equipment documentation.
  • For a marking-only task, compare HCS 1. HyperCleaner CT 200 combines TIG welding and cleaning; check which functions your work requires.
  • For stainless steel pipework, railings and vessels, describe accessible weld surfaces and the required surface quality. Electrolytic weld cleaning removes heat tint; degreasing, grinding and a documented assessment of the passive layer are separate tasks.
