Benefits

Benefits

Responsive bus control
modules communicate over a shared bus to coordinate the individual system functions.
Modular parallel laser generator
the modular architecture can be configured for different requirements and applications.
Clear operator interface
process information and settings are accessible through the human-machine interface. Parameters can be adjusted to suit the work.
Central system control
the main control board coordinates the components and brings system functions under central control.
Open bus interface
the architecture supports integration of compatible modules and peripherals. Available extensions are confirmed for the selected version.
Coordinated gas control and beam steering
solenoid valves and the galvanometer are integrated into the control system for their respective functions.

MLST: selection and enquiry

MLST adds handheld laser welding to the MAHE range. Concentrated laser energy is directed at the joint while the operator guides the welding gun along the seam. Manual guidance offers flexibility for suitably prepared metal joints. Equipment selection considers the material, wall thickness, access and joint geometry together.

  • Choose the 1500, 2000 or 3000 W version and state the material, thickness, joint form and production task. The electrical connection, fibre length, wire feeder and scope of supply are specified in the quotation for the individual machine.
  • Plan the workplace before commissioning: a protected, monitored laser area, suitable laser protective equipment, extraction and instructed personnel. Define the measures with the person responsible for laser safety and the equipment documentation.
